What linking code formats are provided?
Photobucket provides code for the most common media linking options. These codes can be found on almost any page of your album.
The functionality of images embedded with the HTML Code, HTML Thumb, and IMG Thumb is affected by whether you have Images Link Back To Album selected or deselected in your account options. See What is the 'Images Link Back To Album' option for details.
Share by email & IM (Email & IM): Use this to share your content via email or IM. Your media will display on the Photobucket full-size view page.
Direct link for layout pages (Direct Link): Use this for layout pages, MySpace backgrounds, or for general linking to your content via the URL. The direct link may need to be wrapped in additional HTML code or the media may not display on the site that it is linked to.
HTML for websites & blogs (HTML Code) full-size: Use this to embed your content (at its full size) on websites or blogs such as MySpace, Hi5, Blogger, eBay and more! Your media will display on the site that it is linked to.
HTML for websites & blogs (HTML Thumb) clickable thumbnail: Use this to embed your content as a clickable thumbnail (160 x 120 pixels) on websites or blogs such as MySpace, Hi5, blogger, eBay and more! Your media will display on the site that it is linked to.
IMG for bulletin boards & forums (IMG Code) full-size: Use this to embed your content (at its full size) on bulletin boards and forums. You may have to modify the code to [img] on some forums. Your media will display on the site that it is linked to.
IMG for bulletin boards & forums (IMG Thumb) clickable thumbnail: Use this to embed your content as a clickable thumbnail (160 x 120 pixels) on bulletin boards and forums. Your media will dsiplay on the site that it is linked to.
Flash for websites & blogs (Embed Code): Use this to embed tagged images on websites or blogs such as MySpace, Hi5, Blogger and more! Your image and tags will display on the site that they are linked to.
