QUARANTINE UNCOVER THE TRUTH SWEEPSTAKES OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Eligibility: Quarantine Uncover The Truth Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, and the District of Columbia who are at least seventeen (17) years old at the time of entry. Eligible entrants who are under the legal age of majority in their state of residence (a "minor") should get their parent or legal guardian's permission to enter. A minor entrant will be required to prove parental consent in the form of an Affidavit of Liability before he or she can be declared a winner and any prize can be awarded. Employees of Sponsor, its prize providers and licensors, and each of the foregoing entities' affiliates, authorized designees and other related entities, and any other individual or entity associated with the development, judging or administration of this Sweepstakes (collectively, the "Sweepstakes Entities"), as well as members of such employees' immediate families (spouses, children, siblings, parents), and/or persons living in the same household as such persons, whether or not related, are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited by law.

3. Agreement to Official Rules: By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and/or Administrator, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes as well as the Photobucket Terms of Service, located at http://photobucket.com/terms ("TOS"). Whether an entrant receives a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

4. Timing: The Sweepstakes begins on September 14, 2008 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on October 17, 2008 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the "Sweepstakes Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes.

5. How to Enter: During the Sweepstakes Period, visit http://www.photobucket.com and follow the links and instructions to login and/or create your Photobucket account. Creating a Photobucket account is free. Once logged in, locate and click on Quarantine clues and/or images hidden throughout the Photobucket "Search" section. Click on a clue/image and follow the links and instructions to complete and submit your registration, including a valid home address. P.O. Boxes not permitted. Upon completion of your registration, you will receive one (1) entry in into the Sweepstakes per clue/image you click on.

Limit: Each entrant may gain up to five (5) Sweepstakes entries during the Sweepstakes Period. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that entrant's entries and that entrant may be disqualified. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. In the event of a dispute as to any registration, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register will be deemed to be the registrant. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. The potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.

6. Drawings: Sponsor shall retain an independent judging organization whose decisions as to the administration and operation of the Sweepstakes and the selection of the potential winners are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Sponsor will randomly select the potential Sweepstakes winners from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period, on or around November 17, 2008. Each potential winner will be notified by mail, email or phone. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, potential winner forfeits prize. Potential winners must continue to comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules, and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. In the event that a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor will award the applicable prize to an alternate winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries. Only three (3) alternate drawings will be held after which the applicable prize will remain un-awarded. Prizes will be fulfilled approximately 8-10 weeks after the conclusion of the Sweepstakes.

7. Prize: TWO (2) GRAND PRIZES: DCR-DVD810 DVD Handycam® Camcorder. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $450. The ARV of electronic prizes is subject to price fluctuations in the consumer marketplace based on, among other things, any gap in time between the date the ARV is estimated for purposes of these Official Rules and the date the prize is awarded or redeemed. Prize is non-transferable and no substitution will be made unless Sponsor, in their sole discretion, determine otherwise. Sponsor reserve the right to substitute the Grand Prize for one of equal or greater value if the Grand Prize should become unavailable for any reason. Winner is responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use.

8. Release: By receipt of the prize, winner agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its licensors, Administrator, and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies, and prize suppliers, and each of their respective parent companies subsidiaries, affiliated and successor and each such company's officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively, the "Released Parties") from and against any claim. Liability or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, resulting from, arising out or in connection with the Sweepstakes or any element thereof, including without limitation, the participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.

9. General Conditions: Sponsor reserve the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor's control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or those of any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserve the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

10. Limitations of Liability: SWEEPSTAKES ENTITIES SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ENTRIES THAT ARE ENTERED BY OTHER THAN HUMAN MEANS (SUCH AS BY AN AUTOMATED COMPUTER PROGRAM OR ANY NON-HUMAN MECHANISM, ENTITY, OR DEVICE), IN EXCESS OF THE STATED LIMIT, OR FOR ENTRIES THAT ARE LATE, FORGED, DESTROYED, LOST, MISPLACED, STOLEN, MISDIRECTED, TAMPERED WITH, INCOMPLETE, DELETED, DAMAGED, GARBLED, OR OTHERWISE NOT IN COMPLIANCE WITH THESE OFFICIAL RULES, AND ALL SUCH ENTRIES WILL BE DISQUALIFIED. BY ENTERING THE SWEEPSTAKES, EACH ENTRANT AGREES: (I) TO BE BOUND BY THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND BY ALL APPLICABLE LAWS AND ALL DECISIONS OF THE JUDGES WHICH SHALL BE BINDING AND FINAL; (II) TO WAIVE ANY RIGHTS TO CLAIM ABIGUITY WITH RESPECT TO THE OFFICIAL RULES; (III) TO WAIVE ALL OF HIS/HER RIGHTS TO BRING ANY CLAIM, ACTION, OR PROCEEDING AGAINST ANY OF THE SWEEPSTAKES ENTITIES; AND (IV) TO RELEASE, INDEMNIFY, AND HOLD HARMLESS EACH OF THE SWEEPSTAKES ENTITIES AND EACH OF THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS AND REPRESENTATIVES, FROM ANY LIABILITY (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LIABILITY FOR ANY PROPERTY LOSS, DAMAGE, PERSONAL INJURY, BODILY INJURY, DEATH, LOSS, EXPENSE, ACCIDENT, DELAY, INCONVENIENCE OR IRREGULARITY), COSTS AND EXPENSES (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, REASONABLE OUTSIDE ATTORNEY'S FEES) THAT MAY ARISE IN CONNECTION WITH: (A) THE ENTRANT'S PARTICIPATION OR INABILITY TO PARTICIPATE IN THE SWEEPSTAKES, (B) TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS IN THE OFFICIAL RULES OR ANY SWEEPSTAKES SWEEPSTAKES MATERIALS, (C) ACCEPTANCE OR POSSESSION, DEFECTS IN, USE, MISUSE OR INABILITY TO USE AN PRIZE (OR ANY COMPONENT THEREOF), (D) ANY CHANGE BY ANY COMPANY OR ANY OTHER PERSON PROVIDING ANY OF THE COMPONENTS OF A PRIZE DUE TO REASONS BEYOND ANY OF THE SWEEPSTAKES ENTITIES' CONTROL OR AS OTHERWISE PERMITTED HEREUNDER, (E) ANY INTERRUPTIONS IN OR POSTPONEMENT, CANCELLATION, OR MODIFICATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES, (F) HUMAN ERROR, (G) INCORRECT OR INACCURATE TRANSCRIPTION, RECEIPT OR TRANSMISSION OF ANY PART OF THE ENTRY (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE ENTRY INFORMATION OR ANY PARTS THEREOF), (H) ANY TECHNICAL MALFUNCTIONS OR UNAVAILABILITY OF THE SWEEPSTAKES SITE OR ANY TELEPHONE NETWORK, COMPUTER ONLINE SYSTEM, COMPUTER DATING MECHANISM, COMPUTER EQUIPMENT, SOFTWARE, OR INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDER UTILIZED BY ANY OF THE SWEEPSTAKES ENTITIES OR BY AN ENTRANT, (I) INTERRUPTION OR INABILITY TO ACCESS THE SWEEPTAKES, ANY SWEEPSTAKES-RELATED WEB PAGES, OR ANY ONLINE SERVICE VIA THE INTERNET DUE TO HARDWARE OR SOFTWARE COMPATIBILITY PROBLEMS, (J) ANY DAMAGE TO ENTRANT'S (OR ANY THIRD PERSON'S) COMPUTER AND/OR ITS CONTENTS RELATED TO OR RESULTING FROM ANY PART OF THE SWEEPSTAKES, (K) ANY LOST/DELAYED DATA TRANSMISSIONS, OMISSIONS, INTERRUPTIONS, DEFECTS, AND/OR ANY OTHER ERRORS OR MALFUNCTIONS, (L) ANY WRONGFUL, NEGLIGENT, OR UNAUTHORIZED ACT OR OMISSIONS ON THE PART OF ANY OF THE SWEEPSTAKES ENTITIES, OR ANY OF THEIR AGENTS OR EMPLOYEES, (M) ANY OTHER CAUSE, CONDITION OR EVENT WHATSOEVER BEYOND THE CONTROL OF ANY ONE OR MORE OF THE SWEEPSTAKES ENTITIES, OR (N) COLLECTION, USE AND/OR SHARING OF ANY PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION OF THE ENTRANT BY SPONSOR OR ITS ADMINISTRATOR, AND ANY VIOLATION OF ANY PUBLICITY, PRIVACY, PROPERTY OR PERSONAL RIGHTS OF THE ENTRANT. EACH WINNER HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THE SWEEPSTAKES ENTITIES HAVE NEITHER MADE NOR ARE IN ANY MANNER RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY WARRANTY, REPRESENTATION OR GUARANTEE, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN FACT OR IN LAW, RELATIVE TO ANY PRIZE OR COMPONENT THEREOF, INCLUDING ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES PROVIDED BY ANY OF THE PRIZE SUPPLIERS ASSOCIATED WITH THIS SWEEPSTAKES.

11. Disputes: Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan (Southern Division) or the appropriate Michigan State Court located in Oakland County, Michigan; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Michigan without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Michigan or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Michigan.

12. Entrant's Personal Information: All personal information collected from entrant is subject to the Photobucket Privacy Policy (http://photobucket.com/privacyPolicy) and the Administrator's Privacy Policy (http://www.eprize.com/privacy/privacypolicy.html) unless prohibited by Sponsor's Privacy Policy or Administrator's Privacy Policy or by law. By entering this Sweepstakes, you grant Sponsor permission to share your e-mail address and any other personally identifiable information with Administrator for the purpose of administration and prize fulfillment.

13. Winner List: For the winner list or a copy of the Official Rules, send an email with Subject Line: "Quarantine Uncover The Truth Sweepstakes, Winner List Request OR Official Rules," to WinListRequests@eprizefulfillment.com. Requests must be received by February 14, 2009.

14. NO INJUNCTIVE RELIEF: EACH ENTRANT UNDERSTANDS AND AGREES THAT HE/SHE SHALL HAVE NO RIGHT TO ENJOIN OR RESTRAIN THE DEVELOPMENT, PRODUCTION, ADVERTISING, PROMOTION, DISTRIBUTION OR EXPLOITATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES, THE FILM "QUARANTINE", OR ANY OTHER MOVIE, PRODUCTION OR PROJECT OF SPONSOR'S LICENSOR OR ANY OF SPONSOR'S LICENSOR'S SUBSIDIARIES OR AFFILIATES.
